PBI holds the right to cancel a candidates partaking in the audition in case of an incomplete registration for the audition.
The course fee should be paid within 10 working days after the date of the invoice by the participant.
If course fee has not be paid by the indicated date, the participant cannot participate in the course.
Participants are obliged to provide for their own health and liability insurances and provide proof if requested by PBI team.
Without the proper insurance the participant cannot participate in the course.
The participant is aware that participation in the course, classes, can bring risks. Participation in the course is on voluntary base and for the risk of the participant.
PBI team must be informed if a participant has any allergy, injury or other health problems, and accompanying letter must be submitted.
PBI does not accept any liability for any material or immaterial damage (injuries, matter damage and possible consequences of damage included), irrespective of it’s cause.
It is prohibited for participants to make video recordings and photographs during the classes.
Participants are aware that classes can be photographed and/or recorded on video for publicity purposes of PBI.
Participants cannot claim right of property regarding these materials.
CANCELLATION
PBI has the right to cancel all activities of the summer intensive, before June 1st 2025.
Received payments of course fee will be refunded to all participants in case of such a cancellation by PBI.
PBI cannot refund invested travel costs or international financial transaction costs.
Until March 31st 2025, 90% of course fee will be refunded by PBI.
Until May 31st 2025, 70% of course fee will be refunded by PBI.
Until June 30th 2025, 50% of course fee will be refunded by PBI.
In case of last minute cancellation of enrollment in the course by participant, refund will be possible due to health problem, if cancellation is made before July 31st 2025. We will kindly ask you to provide us a medical certificate.
